If you are residing in the United States, U.S. customs requests an importer number on their Customs entry forms. This number is either your IRS business registration number (if you purchasing it for a business), or your Social Security Number (if you are purchasing it for personal use). This information should be entered in the 'message' field under 'Delivery Details' on the 'Ordering Details' page upon checkout.

No. Some because we haven't had time to make them available there yet and others because of the complexity in computing the price. Some products have so many configuration options that the price of the product must be determined manually after all the specifications for the product have been determined.

Because we are located in Canada, the prices in our product database must be in Canadian currency. In our Online Shop, you can see these Canadian prices and, via the Currency link, you can have those prices converted to a number of other currencies. The rates used to make that conversion are those available to the website at the time but, by the time a charge is put on your credit card, that rate may have changed. It is the rate in effect at the time the charge is placed by the credit card company on your credit card that the actual charge to you is calculated.
